By using the Service in any way, you agree to and accept all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect at all times while you use the Service or any data obtained through the Service.
Crowdfunding is only as successful as the people who contribute to it. These are people who want to help people through offering a donation that will change someone’s life. Thanks to crowdfund campaigns, you can get the charity that you need to be successful in achieving your dreams. Read on to learn about the Terms and Conditions of our website to ensure that everyone on our site is protected. Failure to comply to these terms can lead to potential suspension, termination, and other consequences to your account.
You are completely responsible for your account. You need to make sure that all of your information is accurate when you register for our site, as well as ensuring that this information stays updated.
You cannot impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, or have an offensive username. Should you discover that someone is using your account without your permission, you should immediate notify us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that arises from someone using your account or if you fail to comply with our terms and conditions.
You must always be truthful. No information that you post on our site should be misleading, inaccurate, or completely false. Never do anything that is fraudulent or deceptive.
You can register for our site for free. However, we do have 18% commission fees + paypal tax that we take from the total money raised to help our organization cover our costs.
You should always make sure that you fulfill the perks as promised, otherwise you should refund the money to the people who contributed to your campaign.
You must comply with all regulations and applicable laws when you create your campaign, including when it comes to perks and the use of your contributions.
When you receive information from your contributors, it’s important that you respect their privacy and may not be used or disclosed for purposes other than ones relevant to delivering perks or to your campaign.
Our website reserves the right to withhold your campaign funds. You may not receive any contributions that were made to your campaign, even after it has ended and the goal was met. There may also be a delay between the end of your campaign and receipt of your funds due to such reasons as chargeback disputes, violation of our Terms and Conditions or policies, and various other reasons based on our discretion. We also reserve the right to seek reimbursement for these same reasons.
We will not endorse the content of any of our users. We solely offer a platform for our users so that they can attract contributions. Nor do we screen any campaign.
The use of external links to fundraisers on other crowdfunding sites or payment systems is not allowed.
For security reasons, it is not allowed to post photos and texts containing personal data such as the number of accounts and bank cards.
The use of the same photo and title from another existing campaign is not allowed. Measure to prevent supporters from donating to the wrong campaign. In the case of two equal campaigns, the first registered will prevail, the other will be eliminated by the Gogetfundme team.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that we determine violates our Terms and Conditions. We use our sole discretion to do so, but we don’t take this responsibility lightly. We will carefully determine this course of action. It’s also our sole discretion whether or not we discuss with the user about why their content was deleted.

There are specific items that are not allowed for the projects on our site including supplements that claim to diagnose or treat illnesses, offensive materials, and specific rewards like live animals or alcohol.
The money raised on our website should only be used for the purposes that you outline in your campaign.
Misleading imagery is prohibited. Any imagery that are heavily edited or manipulated as well as photorealistic renderings are not allowed as this can give the contributors a false impression of how far along the project actually is.
